Welcome to our site!

This blog is filled mainly with pictures of the kids, so family and friends can watch them as they grow. It seems like they are changing so quickly that I am having trouble keeping up with all of the things they are doing! I usually will add a few pictures to the blog, along with a paragraph about our latest adventures. Many of the blog titles are also links to larger photo albums.
In the margin you will find videos from our YouTube site, links to older blogs and photo albums, the Watch Me Grow albums, and other bits of information about us. Please leave comments any time to let us know what you think about the site!
Thanks for looking :)

Sonogram Pictures

As most of you know, we are expecting a new addition to our family this spring. The due date is March 31, and from the sonogram pictures we can see that the baby is a girl! I've had 2 sonograms so far (at 16 weeks and 20 weeks). The doctors say that baby is growing and developing normally.
Kealon is excited about having a new baby in the house. He talks to my stomach in a high-pitched voice and asks the baby to come out so he can hold her! We tell him that the baby is growing and will come out when she is big enough. That explanation seems to be good enough for him :)
Stetson felt the baby moving for the first time this week (at 21 weeks). I've been feeling her bumping around in there since about 14 weeks, which was a lot earlier than I was feeling Kealon...I hear that happens after your 1st pregnancy, though!
I'm feeling much better after a long first trimester. This little girl has given me lots of trouble already...from nausea to headaches to a rash on my face! I know it will all be worth it in just a few more months :)
More updates to come...

Halloween 2007

Kealon had so much fun during Halloween this year! He was very curious about all of the decorations in our neighborhood and in the stores. He has now added witch, ghost, skeleton, and scary to his vocabulary! I guess it was bound to happen at some point.
It was easy to choose Kealon's costume, since he loves to pretend he is a dinosaur. Stomping and roaring loudly seem to come naturally for him :) During our visit to VA, Aunt Lauren couldn't resist buying him a dino mask that happened to go perfectly with his costume! We also got to meet up with friends Julian and Catherine (aka "Thomas" and "Little Pumpkin") while trick-or-treating.
